EALC Constitution


Governing Documents



The EALC Constitution is the governing document for the EALC. It accounts for the membership, objects/ powers, structure, officers, meetings and accounts. Approved in September 2013

Amendments can be made at an AGM with a quorum of 66% of those present voting.


Standing Orders

These control the working and running of Meetings. They include Terms of Reference, Committees, AGM Process, Conduct.

Standing Orders are made by the EALC Executive. Approved in 2007.


Financial Regulation 

This document governs the finances of the EALC. It includes all Finance Transactions, Contracts, Insurances & Risk Management. 

The Regulations are controlled by the EALC Executive. Approved in January 2018.
